What is my ROI?
We’ve seen properties that can earn up to a 3X ROI when switching from a long-term to a short-term rental model.
How long does it take to get my listing ready?
Depends on how much work needs to be done to make your listing 5-star ready. If a property is fully furnished, clean, has all recommended amenities, and is “photo-ready” then you’re looking at a quick turnaround. If a property is unfurnished, needs additional amenities, and is not “photo-ready” then you’re looking at an extended turnaround. Either way, we’ll help you achieve a 5-star look and feel in no time.
How do you screen for guests?
We screen and vet all guests that must adhere to a strict set of guidelines and set of rules we’ve laid out. We also collect security deposits from all our guests.
How do you ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the properties you manage?
We always spearhead the setup of each property with the highest level of care. Beyond the initial set-up, we make effort to visit the property at once a quarter to make sure everything is up to our 5-star experience standards.
